Have been Ironworking since the 90s. Back when there wasn't too much emphasis on safety. And when you had to be proficient in just about anything that had to do with Ironwork. from tying steel to Ornamental Iron to erecting tower cranes and hanging iron. Much has changed since then especially in the need and formation of safety departments. Mentalities of planners have changed and now everything is based on Safety. Which is always good for everyone. I remember back then when the transition went from "get it done" to a more Safety First approach, things were hard to get used to. But now its just second nature in performing tasks that an effortless mindset just goes hand in hand with getting anything done.
