  • Started as a sales person with this company at age 19 in Anaheim, CA. As a salesperson, I would sit with potential customers and give a 90 minute presentation showing them the value and importance of vacation ownership.
  • My 3rd year I won the award for salesman of the year, by outperforming every sales agent company wide, across 20+ centers with close to a thousand salespeople.
  • I was promoted to a sales manager in year 4, where as a licensed real estate agent, I was able to do the financial side of the sale, I was the "Closer." I no longer gave the presentations, I was who would come by at the end of the presentation and go over the pricing, different packages and financing and ask for their business. At the age of 23, I was the youngest sales manager in the history of the company.
  • In my 2nd year as a sales manager, I was the sales manager of the year. I earned this by outperforming over a 100 sales managers company wide. This was an award that I would receive for the next 4 years in a row.
  • In 2006 I was promoted to Director of Sales for the new sales center at our brand new flagship resort being built in Napa Valley.
  • As the director of sales, I was responsible for hiring and cultivating a staff of 40+ sales agents and admin.
  • I managed a team of sales managers and agents, as well as our support staff.
  • I interacted with our customers and potential customers daily to ensure their satisfaction and to help boost sales.
