High School Baseball & Softball Coach

I Coached Baseball for 5 years at Arroyo High School. I managed the baseball budget by buying uniforms, Equipment, Merchandise, ETC. I also managed 40 Student Athletes on Schools performance, Grades, being on-time and not getting into trouble at School. I work with the School Staff on campus to keep a positive environment for the Athletes. Being a good Athletes come with being a good leader and having good effort and a Attitude. All these skills will make them good in the work field later in life. I am now making the transition into Softball for the same High School. I will be doing all this same stuff for the Softball side as well. I will be teaching them good habits.


I also in 2020 ( During Covid) started my own Baseball & Softball Academy. At that time there was no place for a lot of kids to go so i took it upon myself to give them a place to grow and just be around people and keep there skills improving. Its been 5 years a we are still at it. I manage all of it to recruiting player, buying all equipment, ordering uniforms and sport wear, Tournament Scheduling, Field rentals, Travel stuff and building a good relationship with all player & parents.


This year will be my 25 year in the Coaching Field for multiple sports like Baseball,Softball,Golf. Basketball and Swimming
