  • Planned, prepared, and led weekly worship services, rehearsals, worship volunteer auditions (developed our automated audition process implemented church-wide), development, and training.
  • Provided pastoral leadership for weekend worship services which includes, but is not limited to: Calls to worship, corporate singing, prayer, confession, baptism, the Lord's Supper, and Missional Blessing (benediction and sending).
  • Provided worship and pastoral leadership within a context of intense technical complexity.
  • Provided dual leadership of Central Worship Ministry (2020-2023) and Campus Worship Ministry.
  • Helped plan and produce major church-wide events including, but not limited to: Church at the Ballpark (DBAP) 2011, 2013, Christmas at DPAC (2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2023), Good Friday at Red Hat (2018), Easter at Walnut Creek Pavilion (2022), in addition to Summer Camps (Kids, Middle School, High School).

  • Transitioned Summit Cary (mobile campus meeting at Cary High School 2011-2016) to permanent facility Summit Apex (2017 - current).
