  • Collaborated with team of 2 other officers and supervisors at the Prescott Valley Police Department to develop the first ever K9 Program.
  • Achieved Rookie of the Year at the Prescott Valley Police Department through effectively achieving a high set of goals in the first year of employment.
  • Made the largest drug seizure in Yavapai County worth over $1.6 Million Dollars while working highway interdiction on Interstate 40.
  • Documented and resolved firearm issues through heavy collaboration with patrol division and firearms instructors at the Chino Valley Police Department which led to researching and new purchase and issue of firearms at the whole police department.
  • Achieved a Unit of the Year award while supervising the Chino Valley Police Department Criminal investigation section after arresting and criminally prosecuting a double homicide suspect who fled the state to Iowa, resulting in a 31 day investigation that took my team and I back and forth to Waterloo, IA from Arizona 2 times. This was a collaborative effort during the onset of COVID in 2021 in cooperation with not only the Chino Valley Police Department, four separate local agencies, four Iowa agencies and the FBI.
