  • Reviews all Plans of Service and approve expenditures as appropriate; Assure equipment inventory control is established and maintained; Periodically review files maintained in Regional Office to assure they contain all necessary documents; Review documents required for installation of Managers in facility, such as licensing agreements, inventory of stock and equipment
  • Prepare bid announcements for vacant facilities before they're submitted to State Office; Assist in selection of Managers in promotion process, assuring Compliance with established guidelines.

Gospel Singer, Eagle Scout

I attained Eagle Scout at age 16 in Memphis TN. I began in Cub Scouts and was a Senior Patrol Leader in Boy Scouts

I began singing gospel music at age 14. Sang in several choirs, and groups in high school, after high school sang with a gospel quartet known as : The Memphians". I've continued to sing through today at my local church in Sevierville, TN and continue signing today as a choir member, soloist, and for special events.
