  • We were tasked with pulling loans from the pipeline that belonged to different loan officers
  • After pulling the loan, our first order of business was to make contact with the customer then proceed to scrub the loan and order all applicable docs
  • File the loan away after 3rd party vendor orders, then move onto the next one
  • Once we received the docs, we were tasked with clearing most of the stipulations minus any income documentation
  • That was forwarded on to the underwriter
