With over 29 years of experience in the RV industry—16 of those in sales, finance, and operations management—I bring a deep-rooted passion and a proven track record of leadership to every role I take on. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most influential figures in the industry, helping shape its evolution into what it is today.

I’ve spent the majority of my career in Southern California and bring a broad, national perspective to dealership operations. My leadership philosophy is grounded in four foundational pillars: culture, process, people, and strategy. I believe that culture begins at the top, and as a leader, it's my responsibility to set the tone, support my team, and ensure a customer experience that drives long-term loyalty.

General Manager at Chesaco RV’s highest volume flagship location. My primary responsibility was running the dealership’s fixed operations.

  • Upon my return rebuilt the entire dealership through recruitment and culture development.
  • Reduced all aged inventory to under a 120 day supply while taking on multiple other stores aged inventory to accomplish the same task.
  • Consistently involved in our corporate office’s special projects division setting updated procedures, processes, and company policies.
  • I was in charge of training new hired management such as director of operations, general managers, and other management department heads.
  • My location maintained a true customer based Google rating on 4.5 which was highest in the company.
  • My store established the benchmark and set the bar for our other six locations.
