This allowed me to expand and improve several other areas of deficiency in marketing & outreach sequences
By incorporating the modern sales process to the Waltz sales team it has provided better forecasting and visibility into our process while drastically improve efficiency
As a bonus, this also provides data driven insights (KPI's) for both management and ownership
In the technology (solutions) management role my responsibilities also include vetting emerging technology for resale by the solutions sales team, improving our operational efficiency and help facilitate effective communication within our organization
