Fill out permits for all tasks being done in different locations. Walk jobs down with operations to ensure all systems are bypassed, and blinds are in place to ensure work can be done safely. Jobs included rigging, bolting up, demolition of steel and piping, cold cut saw, plasma cutting, and torching steel and piping. Repair vessels and tanks for inspections and engineering procedures. Working with crane operators and riggers to install steel, piping, and remove demoed steel. Ensure all work gets done safely and meets clients' deadlines.

Worked at Valdez refinery during the low sulfur diesel construction project. Tasks performed were to gather all material for piping and structural steel crews, and drop off material on ISO packages for jobs being completed. Other tasks were fire watch, bolting up, cutting and prepping steel and pipe. Assist the pipe welders in installing piping in the rack and in different parts of the facility. I worked multiple shutdowns over the course of three years in Valdez.
