  • Overseeing store operations for all company stores located in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee as well as central warehouse.
  • Planning, scheduling and managing all regular store inside maintenance and remodels. Supervising in house maintenance crew.
  • Working with outside contractors for exterior and roof maintenance and repairs as well as emergency maintenance issues.
  • Working with architects to design new store buildouts and creating budgets. Negotiating with and selecting outside contractor. Approving all change orders, material changes, budget issues etc.
  • Responsible for profit/loss, budgets, payroll, hiring and training of management and associates and all safety issues
  • Daily communication with stores and store managers seven days a week. Regular store visits for safety inspections, one on one meetings with store management, associates as well as store meetings. Training and coaching managers and associates in expectations and identifying safety issues
  • Trained new employees in proper safety procedures to minimize accidents with proper behaviors
  • Led cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements across multiple store locations.
