My experience is highlighted by developing talent, as evidenced by graduating college-level players, and my ability to inspire peak performance, demonstrated by a top 3 finish with an American Legion Team. My leadership and motivational skills are further showcased by being selected to coach in the prestigious Ohio All Star Game.
