  • The lead carpenter quit when the project kicked off
  • I was asked to take on this role in addition to project manager
  • I prepped the house for demolition then performed with the help of two new hires which was completed 4 weeks later
  • Worked onsite to renovate, repair, and restore the home until I received successful rough inspections
