  • I would begin my shift by checking my emails to see if anything was passed down from the last shift to get a better understanding of that day, as a supervisor I oversaw valet operations
  • I would utilize my time to work with the team and provided pens, sanitizers, tissues, key rings, and valet key tags
  • I would also delegate two team members on a busy night to check in guest while the rest parked the guest vehicle, I would also hop in rotation when there is more than one supervisor on duty, I believe as a supervisor the best way to raise your team's morale is to assist them when they are shorthanded and or need assistances
  • Throughout the night I would organize tips and sanitize key tags along with performing my daily tasks, I also would ensure my team is aware of my location so I can be where they I am needed to assist with any guest related issues or if they themselves have concerns/questions
  • I also would provide guests with the highest guest services I can provide and answer guests any questions to the best of my abilities
  • At the end of my shift, I would make sure to always inform all other shift supervisors and Lead supervisors/management team by writing an email about my shift
