"Problem-Finding and Solving Skills"

After the setbacks of failing the Japanese university entrance exam and being rejected for a scholarship, I became acutely aware of the need to clarify the skills I lacked and analyzed every detail of what I said and did on that day. After entering a university where I could work on the issues I had clarified, I continued to compare myself with my highly regarded classmates. As a result, I acquired the ability to calmly face what could be called a setback through feedback and the awareness that even when faced with difficulties, I could always solve the problem if I understood the challenge.

"Planning Ability"

I continued my internship in college and university working remotely because I was interested in the event industry, which is trying to re-establish itself from COVID-19. I was responsible for operations work and client communication, and am currently working on the official social networking site to solve the time difference issue. As a result, I have achieved continuous performance within a limited time frame and have developed the ability to be resourceful while taking into account my own situation and contribution to the company.
