Mikiah Moore

Through my experience as a babysitter, I have not only developed a patient and courteous demeanor, but I have also become a close listener and follow directions concisely. Through my experience as a Jr. Baking assistant, I understand on a small scale how management of employees works, as well as time management. Working in a kitchen where everything is time-based instilled a very strong appreciation and care in me for being on time and completing tasks promptly. Finally, my experience at Michael's taught me largely how to work in a congruent way with a team; it also showed me the importance of customer service and acknowledging everyone's concerns.

I achieved high honors throughout my entire high school career, and continue to maintain the same rigor in college. I was also a part of the National Honor Society and Interact club, which both heavily introduced me to many different volunteer opportunities like working with Habitat for Humanity, local festivals and activities, as well as many food drives.
