I am well experienced in Medical Support Assistance along with a great deal of claims processing experience. As well as upholding the position as a fraud hold agent to ensure customers received their funds. Moreover providing excellent and efficient customer service skills along with compassion to make sure the customers needs are met and task are complete. Within my job role I assisted members with verifying if their Medicaid plan was still active if so I would proceed to assist with any concerns related to pharmacy, Primary Care Updates, claims/billing issues as well as assisting with Case Management services as well.
My role as a Fraud Hold Agent was to assist bank members with checks that may have been lost in the mail or possibly inquiring about why they are receiving money from the bank. Which had been issued out to them due to overpayment to the bank, or over withdrawal fees.
As a Medical Support Assistant i assisted patients with Scheduling and Rescheduling their Radiation Therapy appointments. Along with making appointments and calling patients according to the Physicians needs.
