  • Originate mortgage loan applications by way of cold calling, referrals ( personal and company provided) and existing members base.


  • Maintain an average pull through ( application to closing) of 90%+


  • Ensure qualified loan submissions.


  • Maintain great relationships with all departments and team members, as well as high level communication with processing and underwriting.


  • Help peer loan officers with sales and guideline related matters by utilizing my experience as a lending manager prior to this role.

During my time at Home Advantage Lending as a Director Of Sales, my role involved helping the owner of the brokerage launch the business from the group up. This entailed researching and experimenting with different lead sources ( triggers, self-gen, referrals, lead buys).
