  • Contact clients when their unit is completed and ready for pickup, also contact for approval of services (parts are needed, unit must be sent out for service center, etc.)
  • Keep ARA up to date with repair queues to ensure service orders are completed in the correct and most efficient order.
  • Answer client phone calls to answer questions and give general info about their current repair status, organized and filed client and store paperwork according to date and description.
  • Shipping and receiving processed client's units for shipment (Box, weigh, label) under protection plan, MFG, or in some cases clients pay all fees. Inspect all units coming back from the service center to ensure all work has been completed as labeled on the form and product is working up to specifications.
  • General repair work when needed, data transfers from old units to new units or even portable storage devices. Install hardware and software on clients' old or just purchased units, perform new PC setup for clients so their new PC is ready to use once they leave the store.
  • Support customer service and sales floor when needed or if all work is completed. Process returns and exchanges under current return policy, protection plan, or MFG warranties. Help build growth in services by engaging with clients on the sales floor and letting them know the benefits of our services.
