Observe self-administration of medications by reminding clients to take medications and opening containers, but not touching the medication, personal grooming, oral care, dressing and toileting, light housekeeping, prepare meals and assist the client with eating, transport clients to appointments as scheduled, take and record oral temperatures. If needed, administer emergency CPR / first aid; contacting physician or 911 if the situation requires further care, document observations and services provided in the individual patient record at the time of visit. Accurately complete and timely submit the time log, as required. Sign, initial and date all documents. Complete time log accurately, clearly, timely and provide appropriate communication to Care Manager, and other support specialists as needed, about client / family issues and response to services provided. Demonstrate competency in all areas as outlined in Performance Review, communicate with Care Manager weekly on client’s status and comply with and support company policies and procedures.
Maintain the sales floor, manage registers and safely ensure the count is on opening and closing. Manager on duty when the store manager is off duty. Keeps the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked. Checks in shipment, files, and maintains Word and Excel documents for the new sales plan, schedules, products to order for in season requests, receives and sends phone calls to customers with comments, concerns, and/or questions as well as keeping the regular customers up to date on specific products they are in need of. Upselling products that are similar to products we have or products they may like. Customer service is the main priority.
