Summary

Passionate Multi-Language learner teacher and professor in many levels of education in my country and abroad. Open to new experiences in coaching. Successful at this point of my career because I've built solid communication skills to convey knowledge in my students with better results. Enjoy being a collaborative coach by supporting learning environments to exchange the best practices with my colleagues. Encourage myself to establish high academic and behavioral expectations by differentiating abilities and activities in order to better support my multi-language learners’ growth until they exceed expectations in their core classes. Enjoy coaching and being coached. Mentoring new teachers, both local and international teachers, is one of the best experiences that I have had each year. Love to have student-teachers to coach them with the best teaching and learning practices to strength diversity and inclusion in different learning environments and individual needs.
