  • Responsibilities included development of high-risk procedures and plans, preplanning, all hands safety meetings, safety inspections, training, orientations, accident investigations, reporting, document control, interacting with Client EHS etc.
  • Effective problem solver and earned a reputation for being fair, honest, a good communicator and willing to help.
  • Under my watch the incident rate dropped 50%. These results were achieved through building relationships with contractors and being in the field and actively showing management’s commitment to safety.

  • Represented Caliber Midstream in managing and maintaining their EHS program during oil and gas operations involving drilling, gathering, transportation, treating and processing; wastewater transportation and disposal; and freshwater sourcing and transportation.
