  • Managed the transition and downsizing of more than 12% of the workforce through multiple workforce-shaping tools, saving over $300M per year beginning in FY26
  • Coordinated the integration of two of the Army’s largest organizations located across the globe into one new organization with a significantly increased portfolio of responsibilities as part of the Secretary of Defense-directed Army Transformation Initiative.

  • Spearheaded integration of all officer, warrant officer, and enlisted readiness requirements in to one division significantly changing nearly 50 years of “business as usual” which enabled: better decision-making on assignments, the ability to see a holistic picture of where gaps would be in combat units, and the ability to much better visualize and mitigate risk during a time of global crisis and continuing recruiting shortages.

  • Responsible for leading a 400-person organization with a $15M budget supporting over 4,000 people and the strategy development, deployment, and logistical support of U.S. Army and sister service personnel assigned to NATO at more than 40 sites in 30 NATO countries.
  • Oversaw sustainment and training support for U.S. personnel in NATO Response Force units to ensure their readiness for deployment for the NATO Resolute Support Mission (Afghanistan), the subsequent redeployment/drawdown, on-going NATO Mission-Iraq deployment support, and forged new support agreements in multiple nations which improved the readiness posture of U.S. forces assigned to NATO in response to the crisis in Ukraine.
  • Partnered with the DOD Overseas TRICARE Program Office, International SOS, NATO Health Clinics and Navy and Air Force medical clinics to ensure U.S. personnel and their families stationed in 30 NATO countries would receive the U.S. Standard of Care during COVID-19 pandemic; At the start of the pandemic, coordinated with Air Force, Navy, and Army aviation units to be prepared to evacuate U.S. personnel. Efforts resulted in ensuring support was postured for U.S. military personnel and families stationed in NATO countries.

  • Coordinated with numerous partner organizations to include multiple contractors to ensure new recruits. Facilitated multiple informal OPTs and Workgroups with several organizations and units not in formal chain of command leading to faster problem resolution, seamless continued 24/7 operations, and continued process improvement. Led implementation of new RFID processing system which allowed real-time tracking of each recruit’s progress and reduced processing time from 5 to 3.5 days.
