My current position within my team is the primary opener for Target's "Electronics" or Tech department, focusing on guest service and inventory for my designated area.
My roles include stocking the retail floor, working incoming freight, maintaining floor and backroom inventory, helping assist guests with finding or obtaining merchandise, and answering questions to inform guests about our products so that they may find the best item to suit their needs. I also help activate cellular devices for guests on networks including AT&T, Total Wireless, Boost Mobile, and TracFone Wireless.
I am also undergoing management training for specialty sales through Target's "Team Lead Development" program due to my initiative and close work with the current management team over the years to ensure that my department stayed as efficient and operable.
