I would reliably start shoveling snow from two of my neighbor's driveways every morning at nine at no later than 10:00 AM in all types of weather conditions including sub-zero temperatures and wind-blown snow. I would use a variety of shovels to get the snow out of the driveway in the quickest manner while also paying close attention to reducing risks such as snow that melts and then freezes over. No schedule on the other party was necessary; every time it snowed more than half an inch, I would be outside shoveling.

Me and my other peers would organize and lead competitive matches, fostering sportsmanship and resilience in the young athletes.

Me and my other peers would evaluate player progress regularly, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Me and my other peers would initiate light warm-up routines for the young athletes to practice their agility and strength.

We would foster a fun and supportive environment for the middle-schoolers to bring enjoyment and fun to the sport.
