  • Support Receptionist/Office Administration with processing visitor badges, office supplies, unscheduled general office tasks, etc., as needed
  • Comply with all OSHA, ADA, and city laws.
  • Assist with minor facilities task as requested such as conference room setup and breakdown
  • Assist with the preventative maintenance for building systems and furniture.
  • Assist other job duties as assigned
  • Coordinate with utility companies to resolve any power outages or other urgent issues.
  • Support field offices remotely (sight unseen) to minimize travel costs.
