Manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced kitchen. Oversee all kitchen staff members, assign
daily stations, resolve any scheduling conflicts. Prepare, cook, & plate quality entrees to be served to
thousands of guests a week. Responsible for all inventory tracking, supply ordering, loss prevention,
food safety procedures & production time. Multi-task and perform multiple job duties during peak
seasons and work closely with business owners to ensure day-to-day operations meet standards.
Assisted team members with premeasuring remodeling spaces. Size, measure, cut & polish high grade granite counter tops and prepared large, heavy materials for installations. Operate heavy machinery
including a forklift. Maintained a safe workspace and followed all OSHA guidelines to ensure all safety
measures were followed.
