- Created original content plans for our team with a focus on elevating event coverage at Varsity events.
- Created budgets for all Varsity films before the films department created budgets for all projects. These budgets had to be approved by Varsity, and it was my responsibility to manage the budgets and ensure our team stuck to them.
- Created pitch decks for all Varsity films at the beginning of each season. These decks were used for both internal and external approvals.
- Collaborated with Marketing on the release of all Varsity and Cheer films.
- Completed all film executions on-time and under-budget.
- Spearheaded and produced the first-ever virtual event on Varsity TV during Covid in 2020.
- Produced the first-ever live shows on Varsity TV for The League in the 2022-2023 season. This required daily one-on-one collaboration with the partner and internal departments.
