As Head of the Training Center at the Aviation Academy in Vršac, I was responsible for the coordination and oversight of multiple key operational units, including the Approved Training Organization (ATO), Part-145 Maintenance Organization, Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), and the Airport Operations Department.

As an AM, I had corporate authority for ensuring that all operations and activities could be financed and carried out to the standard required by the EASA, CAD, and any additional requirements defined by the ATO.
As an AM, I had the ultimate responsibility of establishing and maintaining an effective Safety Management System.
As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that the compliance monitoring program was properly implemented, maintained, and continually reviewed and improved. I was also responsible for monitoring compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, including those regarding the SMS, FSTD's operators' procedures, and ATO requirements and procedures.
I had ultimate responsibility to organize audits as part of the ongoing compliance monitoring program, in accordance with the defined processes.
