As Head of the Training Center at the Aviation Academy in Vršac, I was responsible for the coordination and oversight of multiple key operational units, including the Approved Training Organization (ATO), Part-145 Maintenance Organization, Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), and the Airport Operations Department.

Strategic and operational coordination of certified aviation organizations in compliance with EASA, and national regulations.

Human resources management, including staffing, training, and performance oversight.

Procurement planning and implementation in accordance with public procurement procedures.

Marketing and promotion of the Training Center's services and capabilities.

Environmental protection compliance and sustainable operations planning.

Liaison and communication with governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, and aviation institutions.

I was also responsible for overseeing personnel and facility security services within the Aviation Academy, ensuring the protection of staff, students, and infrastructure, in accordance with national aviation security regulations and internal safety protocols.

As an AM, I had corporate authority for ensuring that all operations and activities could be financed and carried out to the standard required by the EASA, CAD, and any additional requirements defined by the ATO.

As an AM, I had the ultimate responsibility of establishing and maintaining an effective Safety Management System.

As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that the compliance monitoring program was properly implemented, maintained, and continually reviewed and improved. I was also responsible for monitoring compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, including those regarding the SMS, FSTD's operators' procedures, and ATO requirements and procedures.

I had ultimate responsibility to organize audits as part of the ongoing compliance monitoring program, in accordance with the defined processes.

I had direct access to the Accountable Manager, and for my work as a Compliance Monitoring Manager, I was ultimately responsible to the Accountable Manager. The appointed Compliance Monitoring Manager is not responsible for the function, procedure, or products being audited.

Was responsible for all flight administration at the Academy, reporting to the Head of Training and the Principal of the Academy. Worked on improving software solutions to optimize and automate operations.

Member of the team for implementing the ATO organization certification, according to EASA.

I worked as a personal assistant to the Head of the Aviation Academy in Vrsac for training administration, data analytics related to the progress of candidates in training, and the financial status of the school. I also dealt with public procurement.

I was involved in the implementation of ISO 14000 standard, and the management and control of the application of the standards at the SMATSA Aviation Academy.
