As a courtesy clerk, i am required to stick to a consistent cleaning schedule that I am normally required to handle by myself. This includes hourly sweeps, shopping cart runs, bathroom messes, spills, trash runs, and trash compactor and cardboard bailout use. This combined with regular spills and issues around the store.

My general job responsibilities include tidying and waxing racks, sorting clothing by size/color/clothing type/fabric type/era, styling customers, making sales, and overall cleaning. I often have to deal with difficult customers and handle strange situations in a safe and timely manner as well.

My base Ride operator responsibilities included learning and operating 15+ unique positions with their own unique requirements and procedures. This on top of fielding constant guest complains and requests, learning and adhering to both universal and Nintendo brand training. I was then promoted to “Area B” which enabled me access to safety critical positions that dealt with the direct operation of the ride. This meant that any issues with the ride were dealt with solely by me at times.

My standard ride operator responsibilities included learning how to operate 10+ different theme park rides with their own unique safety standards and operating procedures. We would operate these rides in a timely manner while dealing with any and all customer complaints. I was then promoted to Trainer where I would train and legally certify new employees to operate said rides.

I planned, organized, directed, shot and edited a commercial for a non profit dedicated to Foster Siblings separated in the system.
