- Migrated data center infrastructure, lead data center design from initial planning, migration to completed implementation, migrated three EMC storage arrays housing EMR, PACS, and VMware infrastructure, migrated seven hundred physical servers, and migrated thousands of virtual machines
- Built and maintain two large instances of vCenter
- Improve infrastructure and performance by refreshing VM hosts every 3 years, managed storage integration and datastores, maintain an IT data center infrastructure that is 90% virtual, numerous migrations of vCenter to new platforms and fifteen plus years of experience working with VMware on a daily basis

- System and server administration worked to reduce the physical server footprint in the data center to 90% virtualization of servers providing cost savings in power usage and hardware maintenance, served as the system technical lead on several hundred medical software system installations and upgrade projects, plan and implement strategies to improve stability and overall performance across all systems in the data center, and developed a life cycle for hardware and operating systems to keep systems performing at a high level
- EMR and Financial system integration and administration configured, implemented, and managed Infor systems, currently on migration team to migrate Infor to cloud, worked in coordination with Cerner to integrate Cerner Millennium into TRHS’s network, Active Directory, and Citrix, currently assist with Cerner issues and integration, and successfully upgraded and implemented several hundred clinical and financial systems at TRHS
