Worked as a nursing assistant at this 500 bed facility. Floated in the resource pool for eight years and then worked on 30 bed acute care floor which included a nine bed step-down unit. Skilled not only in assisting patients with ADLs but aslo performed phlebotomy skills for ten years of that time.
