Summary

I have a significant background in nursing, patient care coordinating, and quality control. I worked as an RN at The Ohio State University for 8 years, specializing in ICU Stepdown brain trauma. There I worked as a charge nurse, taking initiative for my entire team of nurses. I was also in charge of , mentoring and overlooking the new hires. I then worked in a cardiac cath lab having much responsibility overlooking heath procedures and precepting new hires there as well. Since working for ChartSpan I have integrated my knowledge into the online chronic care management system. I have learned a great amount of the quality side of things the past year or more, and love every aspect of it. I am a quick learner of everything brought my way and have social skills like no other. Everyone seems to respond to my ideas and leadership skills in a positive aspect.
