• Manage a team of drivers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Address and handle guest and team member issues promptly
• To ensure team members are following Policies and Procedures and staying on task
• Accurately complete required paperwork and daily reports
• Ensure control/protection of company assets
• Conduct interviews and disciplinary action as necessary
• Delegates tasks to team members and follows up with such tasks
• Reviews and maintains team member attendance
• Maintain effective communication between several different departments
• Ensure safe driving and securing of guest/company vehicles
