Site Manager for all Operations pertaining to Camp Lejeune
• Act as escalation point at the site to leverage other Enterprise groups for incident or problem resolution.
• Leverage successful relationships to foster key success with all business partners. Ensure that proper channels of communication exist
• Provide on-site operational support and assistive troubleshooting and coordination with a regional monitoring team.
• Provide oversight to meet all Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
• Manage daily operations for thousands of users at Camp Lejeune, Camp Johnson and New River Air Station
• Top level escalation point for all operational issues at site
• Lead the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified personnel to meet the site needs
• Implement operational support standards and procedures relating to change management, performance management, and security.

• Perform visitor control functions to include processing incoming and outgoing visit requests and verifying incoming visitor identification
and issuing badges
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of industrial security policy changes and communicate information across the region
• Customer liaison (internal/external); process employee security access requests with various sub-contracting companies requiring
submission of hardcopy requests and frequent email and telephone contact
• Ensure site visit request database is maintained and up-to-date
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and
visitor's access to restricted records and materials
Handle all Emergency Management/Business Continuity for the site.
• Interface with management and maintain liaison with Marine Corps Base Industrial Security Managers.
• Ensure site and all personnel are compliant with Base and Government security requirements.
