Every month at the LC transportation department we would have meetings after our morning routes where breakfast was provided to us. They would name a driver that was safe, communitive, and was always willing to help out when needed, I was that Driver for 3 months. After the 2nd month I received the news that I would be able to stay and help around the shop with multiple things that needed to be done.
