While I have only had a few years in the work industry, I have had the

opportunity to be a part of companies that require the highest level of

dedication. I understand the importance of establishing a positive rapport

with all customers to create repeat business and build solid relationships that

keep our customers coming back. I pride myself in providing excellent

customer service and excel in fast paced environments, which require

  • Held down the floor as the sole cashier during all major holidays including Black Friday. As a result I was very well known and established a meaningful rapport amongst the community.
  • Maintained a pristine attendance and was always 10 -15 mins early. 7am - 3:30.
  • Answered all incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Resolved any concerns and fulfilled all requests in a satisfactory manor. Includingquestions about products, prices, pharmacy , deliveries, management, etc
  • Processed photo department orders. This included various documents, invitations, passport pictures, etc. and then file them away to be picked up later. I would take passport pictures and edit them to the proper standards.
  • I would scan in packages received from customers to be shipped off and I also scanned in packages to be picked up by customers as well.
  • Assembled curbside and in store pickup orders.
  • Merchandised the entire front half of the store and meticulously priced each item weekly.

  • Disinfected the entire front half of the store. Made it shiny in places that had been coated in muck for years.

  • Operated the cash register for the lobby as well as for the drive thru. While taking orders for drive thru I balanced the demands of my team to assemble orders as well as run them out to the parking lot, etc
