  • Started as a dispatcher and order processor, this included data entry, filing, sorting, and reviewing bill of ladings for UPS, Fedex and customer pickups.
  • Over the first three months, became a load planner which included creating the trucking weekly schedule, building truckloads for Ricoh through Fedex, UPS, and 3PL, as well as reviewing seals and BOLs.
  • After 20 months, I was cross trained in the scheduling department which included customer service, planning, organization, multitasking and acting in a call center. Responded and created emails in a timely manner throughout the day in all departments.
