Working for this company I have merchandised Apparel fixtures and walls to create balance and visual interest. I have helped to set MODS as well as flexing merchandise onto existing MODS to allow for more presentation of items on the sales floor especially as MODDED merchandise sells through. I pulled receipts from the back room and found ways to incorporate unlocated items onto the floor so as to have a good amount of stock for our customers to shop. I’ve helped to create ways to present the most inventory possible without having the area feel overstuffed.

I have helped to set Vignette displays as well as keeping them maintained by making sure items from the display remained glued and sewn on it. I cleaned the vignettes and made sure the product trays in front of them were full weekly.

I updated all mannequins throughout the store regularly. I also installed graphics on Tall Walls for seasonal signage and also other Brand projects, so I have experience on tall ladders.

I was in the children’s and infant’s clothes department. I maintained the display tables as well as put out clothes that had been recovered from other areas of the store.

I’m also familiar with working the fitting room and getting clothes floor ready. I assisted other departments in putting out their items. I pulled items of inventory from the back and put them on the floor as well as assisted our guests in finding the items they are looking for.

I also helped with cashiering and checking out the guests.

I provided a positive first impression to welcome existing, new, and potential customers while engaging with them to build rapport and loyalty.

I organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal. I also helped to unload and prepare merchandise for the sales floor on our stores’s truck days, including pricing or tagging when needed.

I managed returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy as well as accurately processing POS transactions, returning change and receipts to customers.

I stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging merchandise according to size or color.

I handled the cash register while helping guests check out. I engaged with guests and assisted them in finding the shoe and style they would like and suggested other related options. I searched in the back room for specific styles and sizes for our guests as well.
