Meeting with the departments, Doctors, and Nurses the expansion was completed on time. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
  • Inventory Control Surgical Supply Supervisor: Our Surgical warehouse supplied the entire OR department, Heart lab, Cath Lab, any special cases for the OR. We had 10 employees pulling over 100 cases daily and restocking material. Restocking included a warehouse downstairs and the entire OR upstairs we maintained. This also included the Heart Lab, and Cath Lab. Requisitions were placed for each item. Manual cycle counts and spot checks completed daily. Par levels, depleted, and replacement items came thru daily. Our team was responsible for calling companies for tracking numbers, backordered, replacement items. Communication daily with the OR RN Supervisor and teams of each area/Doctor was notified.

Accomplishments

    I am proud to say I accomplished my career learning from the bottom up. The great knowledge of people real time is a great satisfaction and to know I helped people myself put a smile on my face daily. In 1999 I earned an Early childhood education diploma. I am elated to say I put this to us opening up a Child Daycare Center having these years to spend with my only two children. The daycare ran for five years maxed out with waiting list. My children were ready to move on to Primary school is when I gave myself me time. I am now in my third phase of my life and am happy to say I can choose a career in my life I can help others glorify and be glorified! More accomplishments here I come:)
