• Was a resource for new graduate nurses, new nurses orienting to the unit, and new travelers. Excelled at educating / precepting. Often taught new grads/ unfamiliar nurses how to use assess new equipment or check them off on new skills i.e. oasis atriums vs Pleur-evacs or doing skill check offs on IV ultrasound.
