- Collaborated with Global HR & Talent Acquisition leadership to create a new Talent Engagement function that focuses on creative, diversity sourcing strategies to enhance representation in the hiring process from LatinX, Hispanic, Black, Women, LGBTQ+, Veterans, and other underrepresented talent groups.
- Formulated and executed end-to-end recruitment strategies for GTM, Technology and Leadership roles.
- Collaborated with VP of Engineering and Lead Recruiters to successfully recruit Senior Engineering Managers, achieving impressive 6-week Time-To-Offer (TTO) for new technical and leadership searches.
- Actively participated in migrating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from Lever to Greenhouse, playing a key role in data ETL processes and ensuring effective data cleansing.
- Mapped candidate experience, analyzed hiring process results and developed insights for weekly team meetings and monthly leadership meetings.
