
I am a personalist at the 146th Air National Guard with a Secret Security Clearance in the United States Air Force. I accomplish measurable results in a dynamic, fast paced environment. I also Possess extensive knowledge in Human Resource and Customer Service. I have gone on mission twice in my 1 1/2 years of being part of the ANG. I am a full time student in Oxnard college, hardworking, and ready to learn new things.
We are in charge of Personnel policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining records; assignment, promotion, customer service, quality force, personnel readiness, PERSCO and deployment/mobilization procedures; interviewing and counseling techniques; policies and procedures relating to administrative communications, correspondence, messages, and general office management; overall organizational structure and its interrelationship with the mission; terminology and procedures employed within functional areas assigned; policies, programs, and procedures of agencies administering and providing benefits to military personnel, retirees, and family members.
• Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating all required information (including cosmetic, specific mechanical conditions, options, etc.) about customer appraisals for a Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Purchasing Manager’s analysis.
• Accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and CarMax inventory.
• Perform quality and timely imaging of Retail and Wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites.
• Complete vehicle secures, including reading and verifying appraisal entry information for any discrepancies.
• Complete vehicle walkarounds including communicating information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist Merchandising Department with maintaining inventory and executing customer transfers.
• Complete final condition verifications on inventory acquired through online customer channels.
• Assist in the preparation and operation of the wholesale auction.
• Partner with Inventory and Sales Departments to conduct lot merchandising, as needed.
• Assist the Merchandising Department with various other projects and office duties, as needed.
• Assist with on-boarding of new associates.
• Complete assigned tasks independently and follow up after completion.

Some of my accomplishments in life are being part of the military and having the opportunity to deploy and help people. I was also blessed to have the opportunity to train as a fire fighter and put out fires with a type 1 CAL Fire Crew.
