Founder of "Just 4 Me" Non-profit Organization

I started the "Just 4 Me" Non-profit Organization because as a parent of a special needs daughter, the question was, where would she go once she ages out of special education.  I realized I wasn't the only parent with a special needs loved one that was worried about that.  How can they continue to receive the social and independent skills that they worked on while at their school or special program setting.  Many of them can not work. They do not have friends.  These are the questions and concerns that keep us up at night wondering what can we do.

So I took the initiative in 2018 and started a non-profit where young adults with special needs can come together and continue to grow their social skills, enhance confidence, practice independence and develop long lasting friendships and relationships.  It is free membership and open to anyone ages 18 and over with special needs. It is a community of young adults with amazing abilities. We create for them a safe, non-judgmental environment.

It has been five years of amazing growth and we continue to get new families involved.
