I work on a medical surgical floor, and I have gained valuable experience in providing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. My role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. One of the key aspects of my job is conducting thorough patient assessments. This includes collecting comprehensive health histories, performing physical examinations, and reviewing laboratory and diagnostic test results. By carefully analyzing this information, I am able to identify any changes in a patient's condition and promptly initiate appropriate interventions. On a medical surgical floor, I have cared for patients with various acute and chronic conditions such as respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular issues, orthopedic injuries, and postoperative recovery. This diversity has allowed me to develop a broad understanding of different disease processes and treatment modalities. During my shifts, I administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care to patients. I collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. I am also responsible for educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery and prevent complications.
Time management and prioritization are essential skills in a fast-paced medical surgical environment. I have become proficient in organizing my workload, ensuring that patients receive their medications on time, coordinating diagnostic tests and procedures, and responding to emergencies effectively. Additionally, I have experience in providing emotional support to patients and their families, especially during difficult times. Compassion, empathy, and effective communication are crucial in building trust and establishing therapeutic relationships with those in my care. Working on a medical surgical floor has further enhanced my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I often encounter complex cases that require quick decision-making and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Collaboration with colleagues and utilizing evidence-based practice are vital for delivering safe and efficient care. I have also experience using EPIC system.

• I Performed all the tasks of my previous employment, and in the year 2016, I was transferred to a specialized outpatient care unit ( cardiologist, urologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, and others) and carried out follow-up tasks and guidance of patients' treatment.
• Responsible for the administration and organization of the service rooms.
• preparation of the ultrasound room, dressing room, ergonomic treadmill stress test, dermatologic procedures, Holter/MAPA, EKG, EEG, etc
