Hertz Rental Car has a Gold Membership and I am assigned to the Gold Flex Department.

As a gold flex rep, the assignment is to be available to all duties required daily.


  • gold counter- help customers with their gold membership, car rental reservations, offer them the incentives available to them. i.e. loss and damage waiver, liabilities, road service, tolls. Assist in vehicle exchanges, lost and found items, etc..
  • plaza greeter - greet customers with a smile. Always ready to help them with general questions and walk them to their car if needed
  • lot check - maintaining the car fleet/inventory in all the lots every two hours
  • exit gate - check drivers' license, ID and vehicle if they are valid and matched before they leave garage.
  • instant return - inspection of vehicles returned for any damages, gas level, and provide final receipt.
  • breaker - reliever of restroom and lunch breaks in all departments
