I support and provide as appropriate, intensive behavioral support for eligible students with disabilities. The following are part of my daily routine:

• Monitor the implementation of individual intensive behavioral supports and strategies programs under the direction of the Behavioral Coach.
• Observe, evaluate, and provide feedback (i.e. on the job training) to school staff regarding the implementation of intensive behavioral supports and strategies under the direction of the Behavioral Coach.
• Conduct observations in the classroom to provide support to school staff implementing Individual EPs, BIPs, and/or ABA interventions designed by Behavioral Coach.
• Model the use of evidenced-based practices, provide immediate feedback to staff, and continue this process until staff is able to demonstrate practices, independently, with fidelity.
• Create programming materials to support teachers and students under the direction of the Behavioral Coach.
• Provide accurate and valid data collection for students under the direction of the Behavioral Coach, when requested.
• Assist the Behavioral Coach with analyzing data and collaborating with Team Lead for developing summaries of data collection.
• Assist Behavioral Coach with staff development.
• Participate in staff development, as requested.
• Complete all required documentation pertaining to job responsibilities.

• Administered testing for students (monthly goal testing, Quarterly Benchmark Testing, and yearly State Alternate Testing)
• Assisted and mentored students during classroom instruction, lunchroom, special areas, and outside activities
• Kept classrooms clean, neat, and properly sanitized for student health and classroom efficiency
• Gave care and met the various health needs and support of all students
• Assisted the teacher in preparing and delivering monthly lessons using the Unique Learning Systems
• Implement numerous behavior strategies within the classroom and collect data for the students who have Behavior Intervention Plans and make sure that the needs of these students are met and the proper support is given
• Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to help students reach learning objectives.
• Kept students on-task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Supported student physical, mental, and social development using classroom games and activities.
• Incorporated exciting and engaging activities to achieve student participation and hands-on learning.
• Conducted evaluations to measure performance and progress of students, providing guidance for areas requiring improvement.
• Supported student teachers by mentoring on classroom management, lesson planning, and activity organization.

• Interviewed family members, friends, and acquaintances of parolees
• Completed Out of State Investigations and made recommendation for acceptance
• Worked the court room during General Sessions Court and processed all new cases
• Made referrals for job placement as well as counseling
• Monitor and supervise 100+ adult individuals on probation and parole in Horry County, SC
• Held C -1 law enforcement certification
• Made arrests and completed in and out of state extraditions for the department
• Assisted parolees with integrating back into society
• Created and maintained parole hearing information to keep leadership up-to-date on offender status
• Built relationships with defendants and offenders, assessing living conditions and case background information
• Oversaw administration of DNA indexing and drug and alcohol screenings for all offenders
• Transported and monitored offenders on probation and parole to ensure compliance with court protocols
• Served as court liaison by attending court hearings and presenting reports and recommendations.
