• Performed an average of 10 phototherapy, patient biologic injection training, and laser treatment daily
• Managed 3 provider’s pathology logs that consisted of 60-100 pending entries at a time, and called patients with the results.
• Prepare patients for and assist providers in surgeries, biopsies, and appointments
• Scribe notes using EMRs (EMA, Epic, and Prism), and track skin cancer history to ensure proper patient follow-up
• Worked closely with management to facilitate the opening of a new office location.
