  • Attend monthly Bariatric seminars and assist in scheduling new consultations.
  • Responsible for all bariatric seminar registrations and follow-ups for HUMC, PV and PMC.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and nutritional supplements.
  • Oversee and review appointment requests submitted online and respond in a timely manner.
  • Accurately and promptly collect all pertinent information at initial point of registration to insure the proper billing occurs which enhance timely cash flow and will reduce the revenue.
  • Assist the supervisor and/or physicians in keeping focus in patient care/customer support to deliver high quality patient satisfaction.
  • Back up to office supervisor to perform front end responsibilities, tasks and duties in her absence.
  • Assist with bilingual translation between patients, physicians, nurse and dietician.
