Every year the store has to achieve the goal on sales, every department has a goal and every member as well, my goal was $300,000 per year, but every year I got over that number for almost $90,000. and number one on open accounts, talk to banks and have people be approve for credit and get the benefit's from the store. corporate give us a special Dinner paycetter a award.
